The winners of the 1st FIESTA lottery in Vratsa
On September 22nd, 2016 - The Day of Independence - the Municipality of Vratsa organized the first lottery of project FIESTA.
Mrs Petya Dolapchieva, the deputy mayor "Humanitarian activities" opened the draw of the lottery and the project manager presented the goals and the results achieved so far by the project and also the rules for participation.
With three children aged 3-5 years a total of 13 winners were drawn. Many of them attended the event and they immediately received their awards.
Grand Prix refrigerator had won by family with two children, while 13.3 inch tablet delighted an 8 year old girl and 5 families received coupons in store Zora.
